Create an unexpected Minnesota experience for 100 sports executives and corporate sponsors in anticipation of a major sporting event. Redefine misconceptions of Minnesota as a fly-over destination. Showcase high caliber event and entertainment talent in Minnesota working within the “BOLD North” theme.

Design a journey through 3 Minnesota experiences each with unique food and entertainment. Over time unveil a glamorized ice house, an upscale cabin and a vibrant lounge under a projected sky of the northern lights. First, change the perception of “Ice House” from a frozen fishing moment into a glamorous, luxurious lounge. Welcome guests with whimsical stilt-walkers, aerialist bartenders pouring champagne from above and a performer inside a life-size snow globe. Make oversize ice walls that double as frozen drink dispensers and fireplace photo / video op. Turn heads with inventive upscale cuisine for refined palettes and custom fashion illustration. Proceed to a northwoods cabin with a luxe twist. Replace kitsch decor with leather sofas, crafted whiskey cocktails, and a canoe chandelier. Finally open the curtain to a northern lights lounge enveloped in hues of blue and purple while an aurora borealis simulation swirls and a stunning crescendo of fire-dancers and aerialists wow guests. A rockin all-female cover band keeps them dancing all night.
The Experience
The event was a delight to the senses in every way. From the moment guests entered the venue, they were led on a progressive journey of Minnesotan experiences including entertainment, food and beverage, and décor. Guests felt energized & elated with their Minnesota hosts. The client was so thrilled with the reaction to the event, they asked to repeat the event for all corporate sponsors.
